Easy Chocolate Tofu Pudding

In need of a quick, easy and delicious Valentine’s Day dessert? Well, don’t worry I’ve got you covered!
This chocolate pudding makes the perfect last-minute dessert to whip up and share with that special someone.
Can you believe that the secret ingredient in this chocolate pudding is tofu?! Tofu, surprisingly, adds a rich and creamy texture to this dessert, not to mention it’s loaded with plant-based protein. 
Take this day to practice gratitude for yourself and others. This means: no restricting or “food rules” or guilt over eating Valentine’s chocolates, candies, and desserts!
Instead, practice mindful eating by recognizing how these desserts make you feel and why you love their smell, taste, and texture.And don’t forget to spread the love to a friend, family member, loved one, or stranger!

  • 1. Combine banana, tofu, and cocoa powder in a blender. Blend until smooth and at desired consistency.
  • 2. Chill in fridge for 15-30 minutes and serve.
  • 3. Add fresh or frozen berries and a white chocolate drizzle to top!
