Learn how to make peace with your food so that your decisions around what to eat become an innate habit, and you no longer question yourself!

Intuitive Eating is not a diet, and it is not one that is meant for weight loss. Every body responds differently to feeding, some may lose weight, some may gain weight, and others may stay the same. The goal is to have freedom of food and eating choices, not a specific weight or body size.

Every body deserves respect and the opportunity to pursue health if you choose to. I’m here to support people of all sizes in establishing healthy habits and self-acceptance with a focus on celebrating body diversity.

What You Can Expect

Group Support & Accountability

You will get support and accountability from myself as well as other group members throughout this program, online and offline. A private Facebook Support Group is included for continued support in between our calls during the program and up to 4 months after the program ends, so you will continue to be part of this community afterwards!

Weekly Meetings & Discussions

Each week, we will have a 2-hour meeting that includes both education & coaching.  We will cover intuitive eating & mindful eating principles throughout these modules. You’ll always have the opportunity to talk about your wins, challenges and barriers, where we will together to keep moving forward with your goals.

Tools & Worksheets

You will receive worksheets to help you work through and implement the topics we discuss in the program. You will also develop weekly S.M.A.R.T goals to help you achieve your goals that we will follow-up on and adjust to continue to help you move forward and upwards.

Learn how it affects your nutrition & health, and what you can do about it. Diet culture is very insiduous and it sneakily affects your everyday decisions.


Radically Accept Yourself

Discover what's been holding you back from developing habits that stick, eating without food rules, and continuously pursuing changing your body.

Reject Fear of Weight Gain

Explore all the limitations, barriers and fears surrounding your body that hold you back from embracing, respecting and loving your body.  

Discover Your Hunger Cues

Relearn and trust your intuitive skills when it comes to hunger & fullness. You'll be guided through assessing and recognizing your cues, & how to respond to them as well! 

Eliminate Food Fears

Tackle those "good" and "bad" food lists that you've lived by, and perhaps feared as well. You'll identify and challenge your food fears with guidance and support, but  always at your own pace. 

Embrace Joyful Movement

Reassess and reframe your mindset around exercise. Whether it's non-existent, or has always been a struggle, we'll work on this to help you make big strides towards feel-good movement!  

Reach Sustainable Health

This is a journey, not an'll learn what defines sustainable health for you. You'll define what your long-term goals where food freedom and body peace meet nutrition & health.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is the location of your program?
The first and last session will be in-person in either Vancouver or Surrey. The rest of the sessions will be virtual, video-conferencing. The sessions are recorded and will be available to view if you are unable to attend. In between our calls, we’ll be using a private Facebook group for continuous support.
Who is this program for?
This program is for women, 25 years of age or older, and located in BC, who are ready to stop dieting, and want a peaceful relationship with their food & body, free from guilt, shame and rules!

This program does not give a set diet or weight loss plan for you to follow. If you’re not ready to give up dieting, you likely won’t get the full benefits of this program.

What if I can't make the sessions?
The video-conferencing sessions will be recorded for you to be able to access in case you have to miss a session or two. You’ll always have the private Facebook group to ask questions and get additional support.

Missing more sessions will compromise your ability to get the most out of the program, and is highly discouraged if your schedule currently doesn’t allow for it.

Do I need to already be practicing Intuitive Eating & Health at Every Size? Where can I find more information?
You’ll learn about these principles in the program, so you don’t need to be practicing these principles before starting the program, although you need to be open to learning more about them.

Is there a refund policy?
Yes, our refund policy is outlined below:
  • $50 is a non-refundable admin fee
  • Remaining balance is refundable within 1 week of the program start date, if you attend the first session and believe this program is not a good fit for you.
