Easy Chocolate Tofu Pudding
This chocolate pudding recipe is vegan, uses banana as a natural sweetener, and tofu to add some plant-based protein! It makes for a super quick and easy last-minute Valentine's day dessert.

Instructions
  1. Combine banana, tofu, and cocoa powder in a blender. Blend until smooth and at desired consistency.
  2. Chill in fridge for 15-30 minutes and serve.
  3. Add fresh or frozen berries and a white chocolate drizzle to top!
