Quality Assurance Policy

Statement

This Quality Assurance Policy outlines our belief and commitment to ensure that ongoing quality improvement is an integral part of our organization. nutriFoodie will aim for continuous improvement in the quality of all aspects of its evolving work and services to partners and clients. 

Purpose

The purpose of the Quality Assurance Policy is to ensure such continuous improvement through a process of self-evaluation and action planning. The Quality Assurance Policy and associated procedures will involve all parties involved in delivering nutriFoodie’s services. nutriFoodie’s founder and director will initiate procedures within their team and collate and agree on action plans which will help form both individual and professional development plans.

Process

The Quality Assurance procedures will be founded in a process of regular self-evaluation in addition to client feedback. 

Wherever appropriate, the procedures will promote the identification of quality standards and performance indicators against which performance can be measured, evaluated and improved. 

Responsibility for Implementation 

All parties involved in delivering nutriFoodie’s services are responsible for positive engagement and implementation of the Quality Assurance Policy.

Quality Assurance Focus

To reflect, seek, pursue and complete additional training in areas that support weight inclusive and non-diet practices in counselling, coaching and consulting. 

To develop and maintain a range of programs and service offerings that are well rounded in nature and provide structure that enables performance at a higher level. 

To provide information and feedback from all interactions with our clients and partners that enables continuous updates and improvements to the nutriFoodie services and processes. 

To establish standards and monitoring procedures for providing a supportive and accessible range of services to clients and partners. 

Internal Quality Assurance with Volunteers, Staff and Sub-Contractors 

To review regularly the performance, training and needs of all. 

To encourage continual professional development and to offer training and development to individuals from induction and throughout their involvement with nutriFoodie.  

To monitor and evaluate performance and development needs through regular one-to-one meetings. 

Quality Assurance for Clients and Partners 

Learner feedback will be sought, reviewed and acted upon when relevant to the improvement of the quality of any service. 

Regular reviews with clients will provide feedback that will feed into improvements and changes to our tools, processes and services. 

The quality of our services and programs is dependent upon clients applying learned information and techniques which we have discussed in our sessions. nutriFoodie service providers will continue to explore, develop, deliver and support a range of processes that will support and encourage clients to apply actions discussed in sessions. These initiatives will continuously be evaluated at subsequent sessions. 

Actions

The results of the quality control monitoring as stated above, will be used to:

  • Action plan for improvement within nutriFoodie.
  • Highlight issues that need consideration by nutriFoodie.
  • Feedback on actions taken will be shared with service providers.
  • Identify new initiatives that will improve the quality of development that we bring to our clients and partners.
