Payment Policies

What's the payment structure for your services?
All services are paid upfront, online: credit card or e-transfer accepted. 
Packages for Nutrition Counselling have a payment installment plan available which requires a valid credit card to be saved on file.
Do the counselling packages expire?

Counselling package sessions can be used within 6 months from date of purchase, after which they expire.

What's the refund policy for Counselling Packages?

If you complete your first assessment session, and you don’t feel like this is the right fit for you, I will refund your package within 15 days of your first session (minus $150 for the assessment session). 

Since the packages are set-up to provide more value rather than paid per hour, and are not charged per individual session, monies paid are not refundable.  

What's the rescheduling & cancellation policy?

For Counselling Packages:

Rescheduling can be done online within a 72-hour window. Last-minute cancellations deem the booked session as “used up” which can not be rescheduled. 

For Events: 

There’s a non-refundable deposit of $150 when booking events, and events may be cancelled up to 30 days in advance for a full refund. 

All Other Services: 

No refunds for monies paid.
