Intuitive Eating & Health at Every Size® (HAES) Resources

Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size Resources

If you are looking for more information about HAES, intuitive eating, weight stigma, and body positivity then you have come to the right place!

If you haven’t heard of or don’t know what these terms mean, then you can find more information in my previous blogs about HAES (Health at Every Size®)Intuitive Eating, and body positivity and weight stigma  where I discuss these topics in further detail.

Whether you are just stepping into this area of Health at Every Size® and Intuitive Eating and want to learn more or if you are a health practitioner who wants to incorporate this into your practice and are looking for professional development in this area, this list of resources I curated is made for you.

By no means is this an exhaustive list, but this is my list of resources I’ve consumed since practicing in this area. I also acknowledge that a lot of this work intersects with other issues including but not limited to oppression, racism, sexism, and marginalization.

From my experience, I find that these topics are not easy to tap into right from the get-go. It’s important to remember that it’s a continual learning process. So, if at any point you feel overwhelmed and unsure how to move forward, please feel free to reach out
