Well, don’t worry I’ve got you covered!This chocolate pudding makes the perfect last-minute dessert to whip up and share with that special someone.Can you believe that the secret ingredient in this chocolate pudding is tofu?! Tofu, surprisingly, adds a rich and creamy texture to this dessert, not to mention it’s loaded with plant-based protein. Take this day to practice gratitude for yourself and others. - 1. Combine banana, tofu, and cocoa powder in a blender. Blend until smooth and at desired consistency.
- 2. Chill in fridge for 15-30 minutes and serve.
- 3. Add fresh or frozen berries and a white chocolate drizzle to top!
