Summer is a wonderful time of year — plenty of sun, beautiful weather, and of course plenty of delicious in-season fruits and produce! Mid to late-summer is the time where all the gorgeous summer berries reach their peak. From plump blueberries, sweet strawberries, and fragrant raspberries, there is definitely something for everybody. Today, I’ve asked my dietitian friends for their favourite ways to enjoy these amazing fruits. From overnight oats to tarts and popsicles, I know that you are going to LOVE these fun and summer-y recipes! Here are 9 dietitian-approved recipes to make with fresh berries:

Marianne’s Blueberry Maple Tahini Overnight Oats
